The flat wool felt is designed for use with Ironing and Embossing machines.
It serves as a pressure pad for pressing the skin onto the felt pad, where a hot plate is applied to give it a final touch. This process ensures a smooth and precise finish.
Also known as an Embossing machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating machine, our felt pads are available in wool and synthetic materials with bevelled edges.
The wool is thoroughly washed and carbonised to eliminate any debris, ensuring a clean application.
Our standard Flat Wool Felt thickness is 20mm, with options for other thicknesses to meet your specific requirements.
