Flat Wool High Density Felt For Embossing Machine
The flat wool felt used for Ironing and Embossing. The skin is placed onto the felt pad and for giving it a final touch a hot plate comes onto the skin. It keeps pressing until its ironed. The felt pad acts as a pressure pad.
This machine is called Embossing machine, Hydraulic Press or Plating machine. Our felt pads are delivered in wool and synthetic, with bevelled edges. The wool is washed and carbonised so that no piece of trash remains inside the wool. The standard thickness is 20 mm but other thicknesses are available.
Wool fiber has an elastic and smooth conformation. These felt used to benefit from this property for ironing and embossing onto the leathers with helping high pressure and heat. This felt can be used for all brand ironing and embossing machines to iron sheepskin and cattle hide. Various kinds of felts are available for all brands of ironing and embossing machines.
