Endless Non-Woven Felt for Leather Ironing Process
Ironing felts for tanneries. During the ironing through feed process, the hide is conveyed on the felt and then goes through the cylinder under high pressure in order to provide the final look and touch to the skin.
Wool fiber has an elastic and smooth conformation. These felt used to benefit from this property for ironing and embossing onto the leathers with helping high pressure and heat.
A complete range of felts adapted to the different kinds of processes, from ironing to deep embossing, for soft/thin leather to heavy ones, are available.
