The flat wool felt is designed for use with Ironing and Embossing machines. It serves as a pressure pad for pressing the skin onto the felt pad, where a hot plate is applied to give it a final touch. 
This process ensures a smooth and ironed finish. The felt pads, available in wool and synthetic materials with bevelled edges, are washed and carbonised to eliminate any debris, providing a clean working surface.

Commonly known as an Embossing machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating machine, our Flat Wool Felt comes in a standard thickness of 20mm, with options for other thicknesses to meet specific requirements.
